A senior Session Full of Joy, Personality and Childhood Memories

This fun Kewaunee, Wisconsin senior photography session was a true reflection of who Ellie is. Her session was exactly that-fun, bubbly, genuine, and filled with details that made her session unique to her. From the moment that she arrived, her personality was impossible to miss. She has the kind of bubbly spirt that makes everyone around her smile. I caught myself smiling behind the camera as she was beaming in front of it. My goal was to not only to capture amazing images, but to capture the joy, energy, and her personality that she brought in front of the camera. Those genuine moments allowed us to create timeless portraits that she will treasure for years to come.

Her session took us through a variety of natural settings, each adding something different to her gallery. We spent time in a beautiful open field, where the natural surrounds complemented her fun and carefree personality. The willow tree and swing brought another playful side to her session. There is just something timeless about a swing and a willow tree. One could see her lighter more playful side to her personality in these captured images.

One special prop that she brought along with her was her childhood teddy bear. Together, we created portraits that not only celebrated the young woman that she is becoming, but also the little girl she will always carry with her. 

The hydrangeas added another layer of beauty to her session. Surrounding her with soft texture, and color reflecting her youthful personality.

We concluded our session down at the river. The scenery provided a peaceful contrast to the fun energetic moments that we earlier had captured. From the fields to the water, every location told Ellie's story... Her laughter, her personality, the things she loved, and the childhood treasure that one isn't quite ready to leave behind.
